India went into fourth day’s lunch at 162/4 adding 96 runs to its overnight score and in the process losing two more batsmen. Wickets seem precious more than ever before as India desperately look for ways to save the Nagpur Test.
Sachin Tendulkar is at still at the crease at 77 in the company of skipper M S Dhoni but India still needs 163 runs to erase the first innings deficit and put up some score to make South Africa bat again. And time being not so precious – it’s still the fourth day – India’s biggest task is now to occupy the crease as long as they can.
