The news has been in circulation in Tollywood for sometime that the cute Punjabi lass is all set to walk around the ‘homam’ hand-in-hand with a business tycoon from her motherland. It is always a matter of great curiosity when a film star, whose name sells in Tinsel town, gets ready for marriage.

There have been mixed feelings about this news on Charmie. For some it is a heartening surprise and for those who heard all too much about her alleged link-up with ace music director Devi Sri Prasad, it is yet to sink in.

Devi and Charmie have all along maintained that they are no more than two ‘good friends’ but never went to the extent of dismissing the media speculation about a more serious relationship. It is heard Cupid struck the two buddies prompting them to walk down the aisle soon. It is also said that their marriage proposal got the approval of elders from both the sides.

Those who have so far seen Charmie and Devi in Hyderabad are really a perplexed lot now. So what is it that stayed between the two? Just friendship? Or a more serious relationship that fell by the wayside?
